Virgin Holidays confirms that Veruca Salt is Still Demanding

To celebrate Virgin Holidays invitation to holiday makers to "Ask for the World" when booking a trip, the company has located the original Veruca Salt, played by actress Julie Dawn Cole in the 1971 film "Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory", and treated her to her very own website, www.stilldemanding.com

Famous for her rendition of the song "I Want It Now" recently re-worked by modern day diva Charlotte Church for Virgin Holidays , Dawn Cole contributed never before seen memorabilia from the original set for the site, and took off to South Africa to film a mini series for online viewing "Veruca Salt's Big South African Adventure". The clips feature Veruca, more than thirty years on, still finding things to demand and complain about.
