Relax in the clubhouse before you fly
The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouses at Heathrow and Gatwick are an oasis of calm
in a sea of noise and bustle. You can be pampered with a massage, manicure or
a haircut, be served drinks and be tempted with our delicious menu. You can
also use our full business facilities or simply find a quiet space to read the
paper.
Now pre-bookable at £35 per person for Gatwick and £60 per person
for Heathrow (min age 12 years), if you are flying with Virgin Atlantic.
The brand new Heathrow Clubhouse has been designed to give the feel of a private
members club. Inside you'll find a 14 metre long cocktail bar, framed by a rose
tinted glass wall. There's also our new spa, Cowshed at the Clubhouse and a
hairdressing salon, Bumble and bumble at the Cowshed, with Bumble and bumble
New York trained hairdressers, for a stylish pretrip cut.
Or, you can enjoy a sauna, take a shower or even build up a tan in our St Tropez
tanning booth and for the ultimate in hedonistic health take a dip in our circular
hydropool.

Lounges
DIY Check in* Online Service
Just go to www.virginatlantic.com/diy - It allows you to beat the queues and check in from home any time between 24 hours and 2 hours prior to departure.
*This service is available to all Virgin Atlantic passengers except: unaccompanied minors; young persons travelling alone; customers required by Virgin Atlantic to see a member of staff before checking in; some customers booked as part of a group or corporate group; customers checking in firearms; customers who are already checked in.
DIY Check in Kiosks
If you'd still prefer to check in at the airport, Virgin Atlantic has fantastic Kiosks at London Heathrow airport. You can check in using the self-service kiosks up to 1 hour before your flight is due to depart.
Twilight Check in
This service is available for all Virgin Atlantic passengers between noon and
9:00pm at Gatwick and allows you to check in the night before your flight -
located at Virgin Atlantic's check in desks (Zone A, South Terminal).
