You can book all of our Airport Lounges online securely 24 hours a day. If you just want to check availability
or get a price for the lounge, you follow the same steps as 'Booking Your Lounge' below.
You are not committing to booking a holiday until you enter your credit/debit card details.
Booking Your Lounge
Once you have chosen you lounge, you will see a form to the right of the page entitled 'Book now...', where
you can enter your requirements. Then just follow the instructions on screen. It's very easy!
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your details as they are being sent back and forth
across the Internet.
If you are having technical problems with the site, please contact us with your holiday details and we will
be happy to assist you.
Payment
Full payment will be required at the
time of booking either by debit or credit card. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your
details as they are being sent back and forth across the Internet. Please note for payment by credit card
there is a surcharge of 1.5% (no charge for debit card). This will be automatically added to your booking.
Documents
Your lounge voucher will be sent approximately 14 days before departure or you can collect it from the
airport if you book within 2 weeks. Don't forget your passport! Online bookings will be confirmed by e-mail
(if e-mail address is provided) and later in writing.
