How to Book - Booking Online

If you just want to check availability or get a price - you follow the same steps as 'Booking Your Airport Hotel' below. You are not committing to booking until you enter your credit/debit card details.

Booking Your Holiday

Once you have chosen you hotel, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a section entitled 'Online Booking' and a form where you can enter your requirements. Then just follow the instructions on screen. It's very easy!

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your details as they are being sent back and forth across the Internet.

Payment

Payment is by debit or credit card when you book. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your details as they are being sent back and forth across the Internet. Please note for payment by credit card there is a surcharge of 2% (no charge for debit card). This will be automatically added to your booking.

Children

Child prices are for those under the age of 12 and "infants" become children at 2.

N.B. All child discounts are based on sharing a room with two adults.

Documents

Your tickets will be sent at least 2 weeks prior to departure. Online bookings will be confirmed by e-mail and later in writing.

Finally please ensure that you have read our Booking Conditions before you book.

Once you have made your booking

When you book online we will send you details by e-mail (if you have given us your e-mail address), and we will send you a Confirmation Invoice. Booking made 8 weeks or less to the departure date must be paid for at time of booking the reservation. For all other bookings, the Balance is to be paid 8 weeks before departure (unless otherwise stipulated). After we have received payment of the Balance and approximately 14 days before departure, your hotel voucher will be sent to you.
