The hotel

Even the most dedicated urban nomad sometimes needs a place to escape LA – and that’s where Le Parc at Melrose comes in. Squirreled away in a residential road in cool West Hollywood (WeHo to those in the know), this high-design hotel is the perfect sanctuary between sightseeing, shopping, and nights at nearby ‘name-dropping’ haunts like The Viper Room and the Roxy. Every room here’s a suite – and Le Parc at Melrose are ones you’ll never want to leave thanks to the balcony, lounge, kitchenette, fireplace, and complimentary WiFi that comes as standard. (And, because you can order up farm-to-fork favourites from Knoll, the hotel’s upscale bistro, you don’t have to leave it.) If you do want a reminder of the city outside, you can always head up to the Skydeck, with its heated rooftop pool, cabanas, and metropolis-skimming views.

Just stayed in this great hotel for 2 nights. Nice location, very quiet residential street. My room was spacious and clean. Just very important to mention for dog lovers: I stayed with 2 dogs, very accommodating. They gave me goodie bags and water bowls for both dogs. Separate thank you to Mr. Worku A. ( valet). Leilany and Roman were amazing! So helpful with a last minute change! The hotel room was HUGE! Great boutique feel, quiet corner right down from the best little coffee shop, Urth cafe! Definitely check this place out if you want a fun weekend in West Hollywood!

The outside of the hotel was not at all impressive but once you walk in and see the rooms definitely worth it. Bed was super comfortable and it’s always great to have a small kitchen. Only complaint would be no free parking with reservation and not enough towels in the room.

GREAT hotel in a superb location - a stone's throw from Melrose, the Beverly Center, and a short walk to WeHo and Sunset. Hotel is located in a quiet, residential street and has a non-assuming, cool vibe. Stayed here for nearly a week in a one bedroom suite which was incredibly spacious and well appointed. Loved all the closet space, the kitchenette, the fire place, and comfortable bed. Our only minor criticism is that the room is pretty dark - it could really do with a few more table or floor lamps, especially given that the bedroom has no major light source. Reception - SO friendly! According to WeHo laws, you have to request daily housekeeping service but they wrote down our preference upon check-in and didn't miss a beat. Pool area - not as sophisticated of a set-up compared to one of their sister hotels, the Montrose, but still a nice place to hang out. Again, very friendly service and happy hour including free wine between 5:00 - 6:00 pm. I think we would easily return and were very happy with the hotel's overall service offering, location, and value for money. Read less
